Occasionally the week seems hard to get through. Thatâs the moment where I decide to step back from it all, close my eyes, and rest. And when I close my eyes, my mind inevitably wanders. My head sinks low onto my chest as my eyes get heavier, my temple pounding as random ideas scramble in. Whenever life gets tough for me, itâs the stories that save me. Itâs the stories that pull me back from the stress that piles up, day after day.
This summer I was struck with some fever that really just came out of nowhere. It hurt to the point where I just curled up on the couch and hugged my dog to my chest and didnât do much else. But then I started thinking of random thoughts, visions if you will, of people being put into situations of isolation. My mind drifted to tall heroes withâŠ
