Pesto di rucola
Ingredienti
50g di rucola
Una tazzina di olio d’oliva
1 pomodoro rosso
Mezzo spicchio d’aglio
Sale q.b.
50g di pinoli
60g di formaggio grattugiato
Mezzo bicchiere d’acqua naturale
300g di Pasta
Procedimento
Mettete in un recipiente la rucola, il sale, l’olio,il pomodoro, l’aglio e 25g di pinoli. Iniziate a frullare man mano aggiungete l’acqua (l’acqua serve per non utilizzare troppo olio, così da non appesantire il piatto ed il sapore) frullate fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea. Una volta ottenuto il pesto di rucola aggiungete e mescolate il formaggio. In una pentola portate a cottura la pasta a vostra scelta e in una padella tostate i pinoli.
Quando la pasta è cotta, conditela con il pesto e decorate con i pinoli tostati.
