A lawyer sat in the ICE opposite a blonde, bored herself and asked if she wanted to do a funny game with him. But she was tired and wanted to sleep.

The lawyer did not give up and said the game was not only funny, but also easy: “I ask a question and if you do not know the answer, you pay me 5 euros and vice versa.”

The blonde leaned back and set the seat back to sleep. The lawyer remained obstinate and suggested: “O. K., if you do not know the answer, you pay 5 euros, but if I do not know the answer, I’ll pay you 500 euros!”

Now the blonde agreed, and the lawyer asked the first question, “How great is the distance from the earth to the moon?”

The blonde reached into the pocket and handed him wordless 5 euros over. “Thank you,” said the lawyer, “now it’s your turn.”

She asked him, “What is the mountain with 3 legs up and comes down with 4 legs?”

The lawyer was confused, took his laptop out, sent e-mails to his staff, asked the state library and all the search engines on the Internet. But in vain, he found no answer. After an hour he gave up, woke up the blonde and gave her 500 euros.

“Thank you,” she said, and wanted to sleep.

The frustrated lawyer, however, interfered and asked: “Well, what is the answer?”

Wordlessly grabbed the blonde in her pocket and gave him 5 euros.
