LONDON – Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper said it had obtained a leaked picture showing the sleep of Saudi officials accused of corruption on the ground in a hotel lobby in Saudi Arabia after Saudi Arabia decided to arrest 11 emir, four current ministers and dozens of former people on corruption charges.
The newspaper said it had obtained an exclusive photograph from the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh showing people who had looted the ground. They said they were the Saudis accused of corruption who were arrested on Saturday and showed the picture of people crowding the floor of a concert hall in a hotel.
Press reports have pointed out that the corruption suspects are being held at the Ritz, which has been turned into a prison for many princes and ministers accused of corruption.
